2015 marks the 100th year since Georgia O’Keeffe’s formative time and experiences as a professor of art at Columbia College.

The Centennial Celebration, presented by the Michael J. Mungo Foundation in memory of Jennifer Mungo, will honor Georgia O’Keeffe by exemplifying aspects of her time and experiences at Columbia College-a place where in 1915, a focused and self-supporting O'Keeffe planted the seeds for her mature style. Columbia College’s O'Keeffe Centennial is anchored by a main exhibition schedule from Fall 2015 to Spring 2016 including four major exhibits plus multidisciplinary programs and events that connect the past with the present, while also celebrating O’Keeffe’s larger impact as a beloved American artist.
